- Web sessions (the number of times a user has visited your site or web app).
- Last seen (the last day a user visited your site or app).

- Last contacted (the date you or a teammate last contacted a user).
- Last heard from (the last day a user contacted you via message or email).
- OS (the operating system a person is using).
- Browser language (the language set by the browser a person is using).
- Browser version (the precise version of the browser a person is using).
- Language override (a preferred language setting for a person).
- Messages, comments and conversations in Intercom.
Additionally when you set up a profile, log in, make a booking or attempt to make a booking through the Site, we collect and store certain information provided from you, including your name, Stripe account details and payment information, email address and other contact methods, as well as the frequency and value of bookings you make as a customer or receive as a supplier. We refer to this information as “Booking Information.”
When we talk about “Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy, we are talking both about Device Information and Booking Information.
We will never request any data deemed “sensitive personal data”, for example information related to your race or ethic origin, religion, orientation or anything else deemed sensitive. Where you are asked for sensitive data in unusual circumstances, please report this to the Data Protection Officer using the details below.
HOW DO WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION AND PROCESS YOUR DATA?
We use the Booking Information that we collect generally to fulfill any bookings placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for sessions, and providing you with booking confirmations) and by using this site you give us consent in order to process your data and in addition, processing is required for delivery of the service. For example, we use this Booking Information to:
- Communicate with you;
- Share details between supplier and customer so that sessions can be carried out;
- Screen our bookings for potential risk or fraud; and
- When in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.
You may receive marketing communications from us if you have:
- Requested information from us;
- Purchased goods or services from us;
- Provided us with explicit consent for us to send you marketing communications;
- Not opted out of receiving marketing communications
We use the Device Information that we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), and more generally to improve and optimize our Site (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the Site, and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns).
Please note that by submitting information about yourself through the website, you are agreeing for Yoke Space Ltd to process and store that data. SHARING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
We share your Personal Information with carefully selected third parties to help us use your Personal Information, as described above. For example, as a user on the site, where you make a booking with a supplier on the site we will reveal your contact details and personally identifiable information so that the supplier can contact you and arrange for the competition of the booking.

When you place a booking through the Site, we will maintain your booking Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.
